Originally from the Deep South, my husband and I, along with our three children, have served 18 years as missionaries with SEND North, 12 of which were in the Far North of Alaska. We now continue our ministry from the much warmer state of SC, where we both grew up. True to my southern roots I deeply appreciate sweet tea, front porch rocking chairs, and a strong cup of morning coffee. I love to paint and I love to write about our Alaskan adventures. I hope that, in sharing, others might be encouraged to step out in faith to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. Thank you for visiting!
